We collect the following personal data: • Email address (registration and lead capture) • Name (optional) • Language preference (stored in browser) • Usage data: number of analyses, tools used, timestamps • Uploaded CSV files (temporary, deleted after analysis) • IP address (technically necessary) • Payment data (via Stripe only – we never store card details)
3. AI Analysis and Data Processing
Zyrix uses AI-powered analysis models to evaluate your Amazon advertising data. Data you upload (CSV, text) is transmitted to our AI infrastructure for analysis. This data is not stored permanently and is not used to train AI models. Processing occurs solely to deliver the purchased service.
4. CSV Upload
Uploaded CSV files are processed only for the duration of the analysis and automatically deleted afterwards. Your campaign data is never stored permanently.
5. Marketing Consent
If you consent to marketing communications when submitting your email, we will use your address to inform you about product updates, offers, and tips. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
6. Language Storage
Your chosen language is stored in your browser's localStorage. This setting never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use technically necessary session cookies for authentication. We also store your language preference in localStorage. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
8. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed via Stripe Inc. Stripe handles your payment data according to its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and a Stripe customer ID. Card data is never stored on our servers.
