1. Scope

These Terms apply exclusively to business users (B2B). Consumer contracts are excluded. Zyrix is a SaaS service for analyzing Amazon Ads campaigns.

2. Service Description

Zyrix provides an AI-powered analysis platform for Amazon Advertising. Analyses serve as decision support and do not constitute binding advice. No guarantee is given for specific results.

3. Analysis Credits

The product is based on an analysis credit system. Each analysis consumes a set number of analysis units. Unused analyses expire at the end of the billing period. Additional analyses (top-up purchases) are valid for 12 weeks from purchase and expire thereafter. No cash refund or conversion to money is possible.

4. Payment

Payment is made monthly or annually in advance by credit card via Stripe. In case of payment default, Zyrix reserves the right to suspend access.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid will not be refunded. Cancellation is done through the user dashboard.

6. Liability

Zyrix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

7. Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is Mönchengladbach, Germany. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
